Requirements
proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or with related products/services
proven record of meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs
knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends in the industry
strong negotiation skills to close terms with clients and candidates
demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
effective time management skills to handle multiple vacancies and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
at least 2 years of experience as a recruitment consultant or similar role, preferably in the tech industry in a fast-paced environment
experience with Applicant Tracking Systems , recruitment technologies and online platforms for sourcing and networking
Responsibility
manage and strengthen our LinkedIn presence, ensuring that our employer brand is coherent across all platforms
owning the entirety of the recruitment process - writing and advertising ads, headhunting, screening, coordinating interviews, finalising offers and onboarding new starters, with the help of our People and Finance teams
continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance candidate experience and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
implementing new ways in which we can attract top talent, including branching out onto new job boards, posting social media advertisements, employee referral systems and attending networking events
collect data to track performance within the recruitment team and highlight areas for improvement
showcase our unique selling points, emphasise the benefits and share Team RH’s mission and impact
owning the candidate experience from start to finish. Making sure that all candidates are responded to in a timely manner, that all candidates have thorough feedback and an ensuring overall positive experience with us
keeping a clear line of communication with hiring managers, the People and Finance teams to organise interviews and ensure that offers, budgeting and salaries are all signed off by the relevant function
