Responsibility
- pick & pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipping
- communicate with supervisors and other staff members to ensure accuracy of orders

- we're looking for a new team member to join our Order Picker Fulfilment / Customer Service team in our office environment
- this role involves picking orders quickly, efficiently and most importantly accurately. You must have good numeracy, literacy, communication and organisational skills. Dexterity of hand is important, attention to detail is essential
- once you’re up to speed in order picking you will also be dealing directly with our customers on the ‘phone, taking orders, answering questions and maintaining our relationship with them. A professional telephone manner is essential for this
