- NVQ Level 3 is essential, NVQ Level 5 is desirable
- for the Quality role, Registered Manager experience is essential
- for the Peripatetic role, experience as a Deputy or above is essential
- experience working within CQC regulated services
Responsibility
- ensure all service paperwork is correct and meets standards
- answering into the Nominated Individual, ensuring all services are compliant and meet CQC standards
- deputise for absent managers and support managers where needed
- assist with safeguarding reports
- quality Assurance Manager up to £35,000
- assist with recruitment and staff development
