- A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Consultant to join our friendly team at Sure Start Staff
- as the new Business Development Consultant , you will
- be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities within the recruitment industry
- develop new business prospects via marketing calls, client visits, company presentations and networking at client events
- be a representative for the company to enhance our reputation with new clients
- hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
- the successful Business Development Consultant will earn £30K + bonus and 28 days holiday including bank holidays , plus company benefits
Requirements
- self-starter, proactive and driven
- B2B sales background ideally with some recruitment experience
- outstanding communication skills - written, oral and IT skills
- you need to have bags of personality and energy
- you will be resilient to the challenges of business development and enjoy the competitiveness involved to successfully convert clients
- highly motivated individual who displays initiative, particularly within sales and networking
- consult & educate clients to build proposals and quotes, based upon the client’s needs & requirements
