Responsibility
- general administrative support, monitoring emails and responding to customer enquiries
- co-ordinate and implement office procedures to support the business and staff
- occasional support to sales team including prepare quotations for planting schemes, type quotations, agreements, worksheets and other documents
- assist sales team in updating the Superplants database ACT and in ensuring that client information is up to date
- ensure that the office telephones are answered promptly and professionally
- administer travel and hotel arrangements
- process and request weekly work permits and access for high security client sites
- assist with organising and co-ordinating meetings, including drafting agendas and collating documents
