Absolute scam don’t lose your money , I signed up for their services despite the red flags and yes i lost my money they are good at giving you reasons for why they are doing a good job but all fake and if you find any good reviews for this company its done by themselves so stay away

The company is a scam - as a former employee, encouraged by the manager to lie to clients that that success rate is 85%...been there for 6 months and have not been able to secure clients a job...they also tend to take uo clients who are 100% likely never to secure a job , for instance job seekers who are looking for healtg care jobs yet the UK haa recently banned Care Worker Visas. Next, they'll tell clients that they are being assigned a new case worker or job search coordinator yet most of these case workers are just unhappy employees who leave eery month. The colleagues I'd started with left within the same month. They overwork you and underpay you. Every bi-weekly check-in are lies to the clients. Clients hopes are also raised with promise of 85% success rate...and job within the first 2 months...the only consistent employee has been Faith, the QA manager who micromanages the job search coordinators like nobodys business. She will send you provate whatsap messages or even go to the extent of calling you om your whatsapp line with a voice trying to bully. She also isn't very competent - always relying on ChatGPT to send emails and format every little thing... they will advertise that there are tools we use to help the job search...trust me...the main tool is chatgpt which if youre familair with tends to hallucinate and make errors..the other tools are outdated or just tools that can essily be used by clients. Employees are all based in SA , because they can be underpaid easily...earning a measly 7.5k a mont...salarys also paid latea and no follow up communication. There are constant new trainees for case workers or job sesrch coordinators every month because employees are alwsys leaving the scam company within a month of all these red flags...There are many more but take this jusy as an honest reflection and warning from a stranger who got tired of seeing clients get scammed knowing theyd pay £900 invoices and never secure a job at the end

This company hires South Africa’s only because the boss knows that he can pay them peanuts and on top of that, will them give them the runaround when they have to pay. They exploit desperate people who want to live in the UK by promising them that they will get them jobs but instead they will dump work on case workers who aren’t even in the UK. Signing up with this company is the same as throwing money down the drain and working with them is the same as signing your personal life away.
