I have rented a 2 bedrooms flat for 4 years from them. The flat was in a very good condition when we moved in, the agency was very responsive anytime I approached them.
After 4 years I decided to move into a 1 bed one in the same building. The agency was very flexible, and the move went smoothly. Got a completely refurbished nice little flat.
