The crack's are beginning to show and have been for a long time. They might as well fit a revolving door to the building as many people come and go. "Management" seem to not care. Very toxic and hostile environment to work in. There are no clear company and employee rules or guides like an employee handbook to understand company procedures on certain personal situations. They use unlawful, immoral and high pressure tactics to gain profit. "What goes around comes around" I could write a longer wall of text but just read the negative reviews on this and other platforms... Need I say more?

Avoid Avoid. Not a nice company and poor customer service. Rude. Rude. Rude. Go elsewhere and get a good recommendation first. I am sorry I had to learn the hard way. Very stressful.

There are other better companies out there.

Terrible company to work for. Bad working conditions, long hours, forced overtime. Lost my morals working here. Very unprofessional environment. Would rather work in sewage then here.

Avoid this company like the plague. RIP off merchants who don’t do the work asked of them and charge a fortune for a job. To get 2 TVs fixed to the wall I was charged over £500 and they did not turn up on the date promised. Their so called engineer was a noxious and we were glad to see the back of him.

Mum and dad in 80s got one of their engineers out to tune in their new tv, engineer came out and said they needed new satalight as the old one was broken, mum and dad paid £378 for this, 2 weeks later tv stopped working, picture display says not programmed, feel like mum n dad have been conned.

They fitted a satbox for which they charged me £210 in Nov 24 it worked for 2 months and stopped. After several calls to them for an engineer to come and sort it and several cancelled appointments by them I called a l9cal sat engineer who was here within the hour and within 1/2 an hour he located the problem which was a burnt out connector outside my hose he replaced it and everything is fine he only charged me his call out fee £45 which is very reasonable, I would recommend aerial services to anyone they're a bunch of rip off cowboys, people be warned.

Follow up from last review after sending emails letter requesting refund Vinnie one of there fitters called on 03/07/2024 off his own back to see how we were progressing with our fault he advised that a booster to the aerial might do the trick,he fitted the booster and to our supplise it solved the problem,i must say a very great thank you to Vinnie but as for the company they are rubbish be aware if you require any aerial work please check where there company is based because they are spread all over the country and work under different names.Steer clear of this company.

Absolute cowboys fitted new aerial and wiring plus new 14 ft pipe,after he left bad reception worse than when he arrived after several weeks and calls finally another engineer came straight away he looked on roof that aerial is damaged he went to the roof and the pipe was old and had been used before the cable slitter joint was joined with tape and aerial was out of alinement i was charged £360 for the first fitting engineer stated i was over charged i emailed the company for refund no reply yet i will be taking it futher.

You have scammed my mum who has dementia. She now can’t afford food. £706 for an aerial on a bungalow. Paperwork signature has been forged. Unluckily for you I work with over 300 solicitors
