- basic salary up to £28,000 per annum, depending upon experience
- basic salary up to £26,000 per annum, depending upon experience
- PLUS uncapped commission scheme, OTE approx £50,000 - £55,000 in year 1
- PLUS uncapped commission scheme, OTE approx £45,000 - £50,000 in year 1
- 5 days per week; Monday to Thursday, 8:45am to 6.30pm, Friday, 8:45am to 6:00pm, occasional Saturdays , 9:00am to 4:00pm

- maintaining a comprehensive register, generating and winning market appraisals and instructions
- maintaining and increasing the managed portfolio, and balancing with Rent Collect and Let Only business
