Responsibility
- bar Operations & Drinks Offer
- ensure the smooth running of the bar
- ensure consistent, high quality beverages are served to customers
- create the cocktails and drinks menu. Change the menu at least once per season
- title: Bar Manager
- ensure menus are up-to-date and correct
- based in: STEREO, Covent Garden, London
- in cooperation with the Bar Production Coordinator, order alcohol, fruits, etc
Requirements
