Responsibility
- provide support and guidance to managers working with them to ensure that best practice is adopted
- supporting managers to create and deliver employee development plans for their teams
- support the creation and delivery of internal training programs including inductions

- administration of Health and Safety activities including updating and filing of training records
- coordinate wellbeing and welfare activities including Occupational Health referrals and follow up plans
- update employee information on the HR System in a timely manner ensuring information is accurate and relevant
- supporting end to end recruitment and selection process, ensuring that recruitment and selection activity is conducted in accordance with legislation. Ensuring the recruitment tracker is updated
- collation of employee data for monthly reporting requirements
- preparation of monthly payroll instructions for all areas of the business
- administration of the new starter and leaver process
- assist with the coordination, implementation, and administration of salary reviews
- administration of the bonus scheme, medical cover, health cash plan and all other benefit offerings
- assisting with disciplinaries and grievance processes where required
- ensure that probation and annual reviews are completed in a timely manner
Requirements
- CIPD level 3 qualification or equivalent experience is essential
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
- excellent communication skills
