- delivering the production schedule in line with customer requirements
- establish and implement clear and documented procedures which enhance the efficiency of production, while ensuring safety and quality is never compromised
- implement changes and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in Health & Safety and quality
- undertake and document risk assessments where required
- compile and review safe systems of work and standard operating procedure documents
- implement, oversee and control the production schedule, making the best use of resources available to ensure customer satisfaction, while driving to progress the business forward through continuous improvement
- ensure all records are kept up to date using the approved systems
- report regularly on efficiencies and key analytics to senior management
