- participate in the examination of pre-contract documentation, attend pre-contract meetings, and highlight potential future risks

Requirements
- demonstrate sound knowledge of Planning & Building Regulations requirements / procedures, disabled access, CDM, and Health & Safety Legislation
- experience in the delivery of aids and adaptations works / disability facilities grant works
- full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle and able to travel across the region as required
