Requirements
- great Passion for animal welfare
- A minimum of a level 2 Animal care/Welfare qualification is required
- A minimum of 1 years Professional experience in an animal care/rescue role
- A minimum of 1 years experience in a Team leading/Coaching role
- confidence in animal handling, in particular dogs & cats
- confidence in decision making
- excellent communication & organization skills
- excellent customer service skills
Responsibility
- assisting Managers and Coordinators to ensure the smooth day to day running of the site
- ensuring the site is always clean and tidy- reinforcing this daily
- recording and reporting the daily going on to the site Manager
- delegating tasks and monitoring progress and completion
- monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching where required
- organizing workflow and ensuring all employees understand their duties and delegated tasks
- setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision
- staff training and development
