• provide administrative support to the MD, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and preparing correspondence
• arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events. This involves scheduling meeting rooms, sending invitations, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
• plan and organise corporate events, conferences, board meetings, and other special occasions. This includes venue selection, catering arrangements, logistical coordination, and managing invitations and RSVPs
• assist in managing the MD’s expenses, including tracking and reconciling receipts, preparing expense reports, and coordinating with the finance department

Requirements

• A qualified/Time served mechanic with hydraulic and auto electrical experience is preferred
