- business Development: Identify and pursue new reseller customers to expand the customer base
- strategic Planning: Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and meet key performance indicators
- market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and identify opportunities
- collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and sales management to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery
- reporting: Provide regular reports on account performance, progress, and KPI achievements to senior management
