- you will expect to set high standards of customer service and lead a team by example
- as team leader you will be a natural people person that can inspire others to help fulfil branch objectives consistently
- you need to have a good knowledge of CAD design and be able to demonstrate a track record of success
- if you are familiar with the Winner design package that will be an added advantage
- you will already be a highly successful, dynamic manager running a kitchen showroom with the desire to take the next step in your management career
- you will be highly proactive and will enjoy working in a fast paced environment where you will be challenged and encouraged to develop your manager skillset
- you will have responsibility for all aspects of running a busy retail design showroom to include profitability, performance management, assisting with recruitment, personal sales & design, general staff management & with an input to the local marketing strategy
- you will need to be friendly and enthuisiastic with an ability to build rapport easily with people
