Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff at all levels, guests, and external contacts
- proficiency in using computer systems and software applications for job logging, documentation, and reporting
- ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of maintenance practices, equipment, and systems is desirable
- familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards
- flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Responsibility
- job Coordination:Receive, prioritise, and log maintenance requests from various departments, and members of our teams
- administrative Support:Assist the Maintenance Manager in maintaining an organised system for documentation, such as work orders, maintenance reports, and equipment inventory
- communication and Collaboration:Liaise with department heads, and unit management teams, and to understand their maintenance requirements and address any concerns or issues
- act as a point of contact for our teams to report maintenance issues, providing prompt assistance or redirecting requests as needed
