- no previous experience is required for this role
- SHU is a group of restaurant brands that encompasses Jul's, the Main Room and the Upper House that were created as part of £1 million development in 2021
- we have recently been working with the Education Director of a previous winner of the World's Best Bar with the goal of making Jul's the number one cocktail destination in Northern Ireland
- to help us achieve this goal we currently require a full-time and part-time Cocktail Bartender to join our team. The roles entail approximately 20 to 35 hours per week
- taking in to account the benchmark we are setting previous experience in a similar role is essential, although further training and mentoring will be provided to take your skills achieved to date to the next level - we also have an opening for a bar-back
