\* Create a close working relationship with counterparts at both key customers and suppliers
\* Manage all aspects of daily quality Inspection duties through effective delegation and allocation with the team
\* Provide monthly concise quality reports for the Senior Management team and when requested
A new opportunity has arisen, to work for one of Sheffield's leading specialist manufacturing companies as their Quality Manager, reporting directly into the Board of Directors
\* Establish monthly departmental KPIs and company wide KPIs to enable accurate reporting of company quality performance
as a result of continuous year on year growth, this position would suit an experienced individual who has strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management and possesses the ability to lead others
\* Develop and maintain adequate supplier appraisal and approval systems
the Quality Manager will ensure that the quality department is managed in an effective and efficient manner alongside the company's quality systems are maintained and adhered to
