- \* Create a close working relationship with counterparts at both key customers and suppliers
- \* Manage all aspects of daily quality Inspection duties through effective delegation and allocation with the team
- \* Provide monthly concise quality reports for the Senior Management team and when requested
- A new opportunity has arisen, to work for one of Sheffield's leading specialist manufacturing companies as their Quality Manager, reporting directly into the Board of Directors
- \* Establish monthly departmental KPIs and company wide KPIs to enable accurate reporting of company quality performance
- as a result of continuous year on year growth, this position would suit an experienced individual who has strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management and possesses the ability to lead others
- \* Develop and maintain adequate supplier appraisal and approval systems
- the Quality Manager will ensure that the quality department is managed in an effective and efficient manner alongside the company's quality systems are maintained and adhered to
