Requirements
- degree level or equivalent
- fully qualified Accountant to CIMA/ACCA/ICAEW
- established record as a Financial Controller with a thorough and extensive in-depth financial management experience in manufacturing
- fully conversant with UK taxation and pension administration arrangement
- excellent communication skills with the ability to build good working relationships at all levels
- ability to work to tight deadlines whilst prioritise departmental work
- drive cultural change within their function in support of operational excellence
- be available for both European and global travel depending on business requirements
Responsibility
- financial management reporting and control of business, including P&L, balance sheets and cash flow
- ensure business adherence to UK/International financial and reporting regulations and any legislation which may evolve
- perform Company Secretarial duties required by UK legislation
- managing the Finance team in both development and performance
- oversee all UK operations including Braintree function as point of contact
