Responsibility
- SF Recruitment are looking for a CRM Success Manager to join the team
- hybrid - Must be able to travel around the different offices
- act as the go-to guide on how best to use the system, recommending best practice so as to optimise user experience
- collaborate with management stakeholders around the business to promote good usage and engagement with the system
- provide ongoing support to users, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions promptly
- working closely with existing, experienced users, develop an extensive expertise of the CRM system and its key features, uses and common troubleshooting areas
- create and maintain a digestible and relevant training document for all users
- manage the addition of new information to the system to support new teams with their onboarding
