responsibility for the day operation of the plant with specific regard to planning and managing the processing of all feedstocks
maximising operating efficiency and margins, with key accountability for the site profit and loss
reporting, analysing and addressing weekly and monthly KPI’s with line manager and Operations Director
management of digestate and working in conjunction with stakeholders for haulage and spreading
responsibility for site maintenance and working with contractors and third parties to minimise down time
liaising as required with EHO, EA, HSE, AH
maintaining PAS110; ABPR certifications

negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure a consistent and commercially viable supply of food waste feedstock optimising value in the market
build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Region and nationally where required
monitor and report on financial performance of customer contracts, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in the feedstock
ensure all feedstock procurement and management activities comply with relevant regulations and procurement standards and internal commercial governance
support the development and implementation of five-year feedstock management strategies and plans
take responsibility for liquid feedstock input and associated seasonal variations, working with the commercial business team and other Regional commercial sales manager to ensure that STGP AD facilities have the right type and volume of liquid input to enable processing
