Responsibility
- full training is provided both on the job and from our offices, always with support
- although not essential a basic history or knowledge of working with hand tools, IT or electronics would be fantastic
- due to expansion we currently have a vacancy for a Trainee to join our Engineering teams. The role is ideally suited to a young person aged between 17 and 20 looking to start a career in an exciting and innovative growth industry
- at times the role will require working at height, outside in all weather conditions and or in confined spaces which is often part and parcel of the installation and maintenance/servicing of electronic security systems such as CCTV, Intruder or Access Control
- applicants should be dedicated and enthusiastic with a positive, can-do attitude and good communication skills, matched to the ability to understand instructions and carry out tasks

- working alongside experienced and knowledgeable engineers, all Year 1 Trainees have a development plan to progress them to firstly a Year 2 Trainee and then as an Engineer – as such all Trainees are employed with the specific aim of progressing to the junior levels of Engineer within 2 years
