- you are approachable and friendly with a flexible professional approach and the ability to communicate with staff at all levels
- A self-starter who can operate with minimal guidance or supervision
- familiarity with mainstream commercial legal documentation and the ability to interact effectively with external lawyers
- some knowledge of taxation, Business Rates, grants and similar
- organisational effectiveness including forward thinking and efficient planning
- confident and effective communication skills - happy to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders
- A qualified accountant with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience, part or all of which should be in industry or commerce
- A team player, someone who welcomes frequent interactions with other employees, with tenant companies, suppliers and service providers; supporting the commercial efforts across the board
