Requirements
- A level 5 diploma Leadership & management or the ability to work towards
- bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, counselling, or a related discipline
- experience in a deputy or managerial role within a supported accommodation setting, especially with young people
- strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and compliance requirements
- leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- knowledge of local resources and support services for young people
- familiarity with trauma-informed care principles
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
