Requirements

  • commitment to delivering exceptional quality
  • proficiency in culinary arts, food production, and kitchen management
  • strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a Team
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • experience: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
  • excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
