- as Operations Manager your main responsibility will be to assist the Contract Manager in the running of the Contract
- outstanding customer service and conflict resolution skills are essential
- applicants must be highly motivated, numerate and computer literate, have excellent written and oral communication skills and possess team building skills
- you must be able to work well under pressure, use your initiative and ensure that policies and procedures are followed
- previous managerial experience is desired
- A full clean driving licence is essential for this role
- working with the Contract Manager, you will need a clear understanding of Contract Operations together with the ability to develop effective relationships at all levels, both within our organisation and with the client
