Requirements

• as Operations Manager your main responsibility will be to assist the Contract Manager in the running of the Contract
• outstanding customer service and conflict resolution skills are essential
• applicants must be highly motivated, numerate and computer literate, have excellent written and oral communication skills and possess team building skills

• previous managerial experience is desired
• A full clean driving licence is essential for this role
• working with the Contract Manager, you will need a clear understanding of Contract Operations together with the ability to develop effective relationships at all levels, both within our organisation and with the client
