  • hgv driver

Responsibility

  • ensure the safe loading and unloading of vehicles, adhering to all safety regulations
  • conduct pre-start inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working order
  • perform basic mechanical checks on vehicles and report any maintenance needs promptly
  • adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
  • operate HGV vehicle inc. skip lorry, jet and vac tankers and material handlers

Requirements

  • previous experience operating a skip lorry or similar is preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and client
  • valid commercial HGV driving licence class C with a clean driving record
