operations manager
Responsibility
- contribute to management of operations of the residential and holiday rental properties to ensure excellent residential tenant and guest experiences
- develop and monitor operations checklists and procedures
- coordinate with internal team members to help resolve customer issues
- monitor property standards, supplies and performance statistics. Suggest and help implement improvements for operational efficiency
- work closely with owners and internal housekeeping, maintenance and administration teams to deliver consistent, high-quality residential and hospitality property experiences
- oversee seasonal activities within the estate including routine maintenance during quiet periods and raspberry PYO field coordination
- support training and onboarding for new and existing staff particularly around company policies, health & safety and operational best practices
Requirements
- proven experience in hospitality, estate or property management or a related field is preferred
- strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- excellent communication skills for effective team and guest interaction
- ability to work both independently and as part of a small hands-on team
- own vehicle and clean drivers licence required
