supervisor
Responsibility
- provide a warm, professional and efficient welcome to visitors and employees
- screening and monitoring who comes on site
- assist with access and monitoring of contractors
- provide an efficient and robust response to incidences, including trespass and first aid requirements
- monitor building CCTV and report any issues to the Head of Operations
- complete incident reports if required
- ensure that correspondence, emails and telephone calls are responded to quickly
- respond to and deal with all alarm activations in the building, reporting quickly to the Head of Operations
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role within the security or operations field
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- proven ability to handle emergencies and manage teams effectively
- you will need to hold a valid SIA licence
- familiarity with security protocols and procedures
- first Aid Trained
- fire Warden Trained
