Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- to maintain strong staff, subcontractor & client relationships across all company contracts
- conduct meetings with management, senior management and clients to identify financial performance and costs/budgets
- liaise with external company accountants in prep for year end accounts, tax and corporate tax returns
- preparation and posting of VAT returns quarterly
- compile detailed financial reports and management accounts on company performance for Directors
- preparing and posting payroll journals
- posting revenue, performing overhead analysis
- posting accruals/prepayment journals
Requirements
- AAT Qualified/Degree Qualified and CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent qualification and experience
- sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices, plus strong financial, analytical and communication skills
- must be numeracy and IT literate
- excellent attention to detail
- strong organisational skills to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
- be a reliable team player who displays a positive and flexible attitude
- A confident communicator able to interact at all levels and adapt to different clients, contractors and colleagues
