about The Role
we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment and HR Consultant to join our team in the care home and domiciliary care sector
this role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless recruitment, selection, and onboarding of compassionate and skilled healthcare professionals who will provide exceptional care to our residents and clients
the ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruitment, HR processes, and a strong understanding of the unique needs and challenges within the care industry
compliance and Documentation
conduct thorough screening of candidates through interviews, assessments, and reference checks
coordinate and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and outreach activities
design and oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles
Requirements
bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
proven experience in recruitment and HR onboarding, particularly within the care home and domiciliary care sector
familiarity with relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with candidates, colleagues, and external partners
excellent organisational abilities with keen attention to detail
proficiency in using HRIS and other recruitment software tools
empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for contributing to the care industry
ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
