- we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment and HR Consultant to join our team in the care home and domiciliary care sector
- this role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless recruitment, selection, and onboarding of compassionate and skilled healthcare professionals who will provide exceptional care to our residents and clients
- the ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruitment, HR processes, and a strong understanding of the unique needs and challenges within the care industry
- compliance and Documentation
- conduct thorough screening of candidates through interviews, assessments, and reference checks
- coordinate and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and outreach activities
- design and oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- proven experience in recruitment and HR onboarding, particularly within the care home and domiciliary care sector
- familiarity with relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with candidates, colleagues, and external partners
- excellent organisational abilities with keen attention to detail
- proficiency in using HRIS and other recruitment software tools
- empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for contributing to the care industry
