Responsibility
- create and implement our IT strategy, with input and support from our Senior Leadership team
- upholding ISO security standards, as well as ensuring security procedures are implemented, enforced, and reviewed
- assisting on policy and procedure creation. Periodic auditing of process to ensure appropriate levels of compliance
- training all staff on internal IT policies, including in-person sessions and the creation of user guides and documentation
- supporting office events by providing and supporting technical solutions where needed
- troubleshooting and support for staff on IT issues such as mobile, desktop, audio/video etc
- procurement, asset and inventory management for all IT hardware
- supporting on client procurement questionnaires
