Is RIION CREATE a trustworthy company?
Steeling money from people and nobody can take care of that single chinese director... Sad that his ad was on facebook last year, would never purchase anything and now we have to combine our efforts. I am trying to get some legal help on this.

I bought a Christmas tree on November 1, 2023 and they were answering my emails until March 2024 saying that they had many orders, that they would send me a tracking number, that it would arrive in the next few days... and they never sent me a tracking number, nor did I receive the order, nor the money back that I also requested, nor anything. IT'S A BAD DEAL! I have already read more comments that they don't ship and they keep your money.
This company deserves no stars. I ordered a gaming table in November as a Christmas present still not arrived and now in the middle of March. Send a number of emails and getting the same reply. No refund. Absolutely disgusting. This company should be took off online ordering. Should be a same of themselves.

Using fake address in Canterbury
Ordered a christmas gift on 11/23, never received it. Multiple emails sent requesting a refund and a customer service number. Response stated that it would re -delivered. We’re in 02/24 now, still nothing . What a waste of money and time !
I have reported this company to Trading Standards in the UK as there Company is registered in Canterbury UK

Thank you. Apparently a Bussiness can be run from any country even though this company has registered in the UK. It just means they will be registered for tax purposes in the UK.
We will just have to wait for the results from Tading standards.
I have managed to get a charge back of the full amount through my bank even though I paid by Debit card.
Purchased a product on Facebook in November. I have never received my goods. I am reporting this scam to the NZ police.
You don’t know it’s them until they send you a receipt, they advertise as another company.

I ordered 16 November.. I chased with contact details via email.. I was told to be patient.. Again I chased, eventually I was given a tracking number...
After many weeks Royal mail tracking provided a delivery photo not of my front door step.. And not an address near me but in London... How does FB let people like this operate using there service... I'm very disappointed that I've been scammed out of my hard earned money...

This China company is total garbage just like any company based in China. I ordered something in November and was given a tracking number that was totally bogus...the tracking number given was delivered over a thousand miles away from me.all Chinese are liars and total trash!

I never received my order. They advertised on Facebook and scammed 1000 of people. I want a refund. Still have not received order. I contacted Facebook to let they know about website being a scam and Facebook is still allowing company to advertise and scammed people
Scam site. Will not deliver, promises it will arrive. Never does. Avoid at all costs. Bunch of thieves - then they clone your bank card and attempt to use it elsewhere.
