good day i ordered from you but did not receive my parcel yet are you fraudsters and you do not answer mails very disappointed in your service.
Usual story, ordered goods in October, not delivered, not replying to emails and when they do just tell a load of lies.
Criminals the lot of them.
Ordered pencil set 4/11/23. Never arrived. 1 mth later, get tracking number after me contacting them asking what'sgoing on, check tracking number & it says "delivered" but in QLD, (I live in NSW) completely different territory.
Trying to get my monies back. This is one terrible company and should be ashamed of themselves, what a scam. How stupid am I. Will not order anything on line unless it's in my country.!!!!!!

Ordered a Xmas Tree on 20/10/23 and had information to say it arrived in the U.K. from China 20/11/23. I live Manchester area and had a notification it had arrived in North Manchester warehouse and then a couple of days later it had been sent to Glasgow and was out for delivery 25/11/23 ???
Why would it go from Manchester to Glasgow and of course it’s never arrived. Contacted my credit card company and got a full refund.What a disgusting company this is !!!
How do I report this company for taking my money but not delivered products?
It appears that the company is registered in the UK so it should be subject to British law and institutions

Ordered something for $59.99 on November 7 2023 and on November 30 2023 the tracking number said it was delivered in another country on someone elses porch. I've tried calling the number with no answer and they refuse to respond by email. They took my money but never received product. This company are crooks!
Took my money for surprise gift box... true to word as surprised they rook my money, provided a false tracking number, refused to reply to multiple emails. AVOID these jokers like the plague.... criminals

Took my money for purchase of drawing sets, reported non delivery and ended up in contact with another Chinese company who said delivery was imminent. Never turned up, don't buy from this company
I have paid for an item and it has never been delivered.
I ordered 2 toasters back in october and after waiting contacted and was told there was a wating period for delivery after waiting out said period have sent quite a few e mails which recieved no response RIION CREATE was on order acknowledgement but replies come from zhongshi@ specialmenswear.com they do not respond to e mails and after placing review on trust pilot got reply from create saying if i had put up an incedent report someone would get in touch but no link as to how i can report an incedent so believe this is a scam
I feel like from October the delivery should already be with you like 10 times. I don't understand why they can't even answer your mail. Was the amount high? Maybe you should report it somewhere?

Ordered an item on 18 Nov 23. Received a receipt by email.
Their telephone number is not working. 3 emails requesting delivery date all ignored.
Must be a scam. I knew I would get caught one day and that’s today. Putting it down to experience.

Of course have! This is the first time this has happened to me. My FB feed was filled with advertisements for the Advent calendar. I realized that the price was very low. But this was last year's calendar. This is what bribed me...((
That’s the point, it’s cheaper for them to send a lightweight pillow to a non-existent address than to return the money.
But there are so many unsatisfied clients, that maybe there is something to do about it? Maybe if so many people tried to report it somewhere, that would work? How do you think?
I ordered something and the item has never been delivered. It was a Christmas present for my grandchildren. November 15 was promised a tracking number and never got one. Absolutely disgusting
It's the second review with the same opinion. I'm afraid they may be not fair with the clients and maybe you should try to report it somewhere so that no one else falls for that?

But if I understand correctly you or that other person above "ordered something and the item has never been delivered" and you say that you don't expect anything from them? Well, that's weird, I would like to receive money back at least

Steeling money from people and nobody can take care of that single chinese director... Sad that his ad was on facebook last year, would never purchase anything and now we have to combine our efforts. I am trying to get some legal help on this.
