the ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR and recruitment, with a thorough understanding of HR Policy and Procedures, Relevant Regulation in health and social care
maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
the bulk of the role will involve employee orientations; due diligence administration, effective recruitment implementation, co-ordination of Disciplinary and Grievance Employee matters and Conflict Resolution, but there is great opportunity for developing and refining systems
build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration
we are eager to find an HR manager who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the challenging nature of the workforce, while implementing effective compliance
handle confidential matters with discretion
