Responsibility
- we are looking for an experienced helpdesk engineer to join our existing team
- microsoft Server and Client Operating Systems: Proficient in setup, deployment, and migration of Microsoft Server and Client Operating Systems
- active Directory: Expertise in Active Directory and associated technologies such as Group Policy, DNS, and FSMO roles
- network Infrastructure: In-depth knowledge of Network Infrastructure and related protocols, including Routing, VLAN, VPN, DHCP, and Wireless Access Points
- physical Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Physical Infrastructure components, including Servers, SANs, Firewalls, and Switching
- virtualisation Technology: Expertise in Virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware, including configuration and deployment
- the successful candidate will work collaboratively with our existing team to ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure
- backup, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity: Proven experience in implementing and managing Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity solutions
Requirements
- minimum of 5 years of experience as a 2nd / 3rd Line Engineer
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- MS Office 365
- relevant certifications in technologies such as Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, etc
- windows 10 & Server operating systems
- proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- android / Apple IOS
- exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
