Very disappointed with this experience. Ordered a picture and website and confirmation email stated up to 14 days delivery. On day 12 hadn't heard anything at all so emailed asking for an update - no response. Emailed again on day 14 again asking for an update and received an email to say canvases were damaged and new ones coming in next week so full refund given which takes up to 10 days. I was so angry, as I didn't want a refund I wanted an update. If new ones were coming in next week why was I not given the option to wait another week? Now I have to wait 10 days for the refund and then re-order and wait a further 14 days. I would not order from this shop again - poor customer service.
