create, publish and drive through an infrastructure road map for the Rentokil Initial infrastructure estate to ensure standardisation and conformity
deliver a set of published standards for technology use within RI
the Global Infrastructure Engineering Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and implementing comprehensive strategies, standards, and roadmaps for Rentokil Initial's expansive global infrastructure estate
ensure global understanding and mitigation of risks within these technical platforms to maximise availability of key technical services within their remit
however, as the Global Infrastructure Engineering Manager, you will assume overall accountability, ensuring seamless collaboration and cohesive execution across the entire team
Requirements
ITIL ® Foundation in IT Service Management
A working knowledge of a wide range of infrastructure platforms outside own specialty
area of qualification outside of current specialty
knowledge of IT Operational support processes
information Security standards, support procedures and incident response
general understanding of enterprise computing technologies and concepts
encourages people to question and challenge practices or procedures that are not fit for purpose
calls people to account when they under-deliver or let standards slip
