  • reporting faults to the Building Manager
  • A ‘how we can’ mentality
  • provide information, directions/escort Residents, Guests to their desired locations
  • deal with any queries from Residents/Guests and offer assistance with a sense of urgency
  • provide Residents/Guests with acts of kindness to make them feel welcomed and create a rapport maintain excellent professional relationships

Requirements

  • 3 years minimum experience
  • experience of composing emails and preparing incident reports
  • proactively uses initiative to recognise priorities within own workload
