Responsibility
- working closely with our reseller customers
- following up outstanding sales quotes
- passing development opportunities over to the correct person on the sales team if required
- answering customer questions and developing the sales opportunity
- passing quotation requests over to the quote team to complete
- setting up tasks to follow up any potential sales opportunities
- keeping company database up to date with current notes, contacts, and any relevant information
- contacting existing businesses to find out what other products and services they would like to purchase from our extensive range - this is not cold calling, it's a lot warmer because you would be chatting to companies who already purchase products from us
Requirements
- must be reliable and hardworking
- must be able to use Microsoft Integrated Packages
- previous experience working within a sales environment would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given
- must be open to learning
- used to working to targets or key performance indicators
- confident in building & maintaining relationships via email and telephone
