- we have an exciting opportunity to become part of the Implementation team for a leading software company
- your role as a Nationwide Implementation Consultant will play an integral part of the customer onboarding process
- the role has a direct input into business connected product offerings; intelligent apps which help factories produce useful and relevant information
- you will be required to deliver 3 paid service days a week as part of your KPI
- this can be a combination of onsite and remote training or consultancy meetings
- by driving complex customer implementations, from having an extensive knowledge of the Sales stage to Support handover, this role will help our customers derive the value from our solutions early in their journey
- delivery of these to our customers is within scope, as well as working with beta customers to gain intelligent feedback to assist our Product teams
- recording any lessons learnt from customers so can make continuous improvements to your service
Requirements
- proficient in the use of collaborative software tools such as MS Teams and Monday.com
- ability to deliver customer demos
- good knowledge of SQL and report writing
- manufacturing industry skills
- project Management: 1 year
