IT Systems Manager - London
hybrid working - 3/4 days on-site
travel - UK and Europe 2/3 times a month
salary £45,000 - £55,000
you will regularly work with internal and externals technicians, programmers and database administrators
extensive expertise within ERP delivery with a track record of initiating ERP programme’s through to successful implementation and go live
excellent senior stakeholder engagement experience with the ability to influence and establish programme momentum
full ERP Programme and project implementation lifecycle experience

Requirements

excellent verbal and written communication skills
thorough understanding of CIS principles, programs, policies, activities, and procedures
excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work
ability to explain technical problems and offer solutions to those without technological training
experience in customer service, leadership, and facilities management may be advantageous
good computer skills and the ability to use business support software
strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills
good resource planning skills

Education

bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science, software engineering
experience in programming and databases required
knowledge and qualification of ITIL will be useful
knowledge in Scrum or Prince 2 will be required
experience in managing remote IT teams
