Requirements
- previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred
- knowledge of patient care practices, including medication administration and basic nursing skills
- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
- ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for client mobility assistance
- compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others
- certification in first aid or CPR is advantageous but not mandatory
- willingness to undergo background checks as part of the hiring process
