Responsibility
- to recruit healthy volunteers for in-house FTIH, Phase 1 and Experimental Medicine clinical studies
- your role will be to support the Recruitment Manager and team with daily ongoing tasks and projects including
- to assist in establishing and maintaining a panel of healthy volunteers to undertake Phase 1 and experimental methodology clinical studies
- perform clinical assessments including but not limited to, ECG’s, vitals, spirometry, venepuncture as required and/or according to protocol requirements
- undertake clinical procedures required for screening assessments of healthy volunteers
- collate recruitment metrics as required
- work with HRA, ICH, GCP, GLP, ethical, regulatory, legal and all relevant procedural guidelines
- you will be responsible for all recruitment activity required for the clinical trials assigned to you
Requirements
- degree in Life Science/ Certificate in clinical research
- educated to at least A Level standard or equivalent
- experience in the use and management of electronic databases
- demonstrated planning and organisational skills with ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- an ability to demonstrate quality deliverables at all times
- experience working within ICH GCP guidelines, and to SOPs
- experience of working in a healthcare environment and in performing clinical activities and patient assessments
- ILS/BLS certified
