- stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations related to R&D incentives and provide guidance to clients accordingly
Requirements
- strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and technical data
- excellent attention to detail and a thorough approach to documentation and compliance
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- ability to manage and motivate a growing team
- previous experience in R&D tax consultancy or a similar role within a tax or accounting firm with a solid understanding of tax laws and regulations related to R&D incentives
- R&D Consultancy: 1 year
- exposure to an accounting/finance environment and experience in the R&D process from start to finish with the relevant tax qualifications to aid in the preparation of CT600s
