- proven work experience as a bookkeeper/accounts assistant
- strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- preferably experience using Xero
- excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- high level of integrity and ethical standards
Responsibility
- manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records
- process and track invoices, payments, and expenses
- prepare and analyse financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with regulatory requirements
- collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective financial processes and controls
