• provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
• enable fee earners to concentrate on legal tasks by maintaining efficient, friendly, and professional client service
• undertake junior-level fee-earning work under supervision, offering growth potential

• perform digital dictation and deliver a full typing service
• manage file opening, billing, and associated administrative processes
• handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including telephone calls, letters, faxes, and emails
• organize and maintain diaries, schedule appointments, and manage calendars
• prepare legal documents and correspondence as required
• promptly address client inquiries and provide excellent client care
• assist with research tasks to support fee earners
• support fee earners with their caseload and take on junior-level fee-earning work under supervision
• manage filing tasks and perform general clerical duties as needed
