Responsibility
- set up and operate embroidery machines to execute intricate designs
- monitor machine performance, adjusting settings as needed to ensure high-quality output
- inspect finished products to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards
- perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks on embroidery equipment
- collaborate with the design team to develop innovative embroidery techniques and concepts
- maintain accurate production records and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor
Requirements
- proven experience as an Embroidery Machinist, ideally in a production environment
- proficient in the operation and maintenance of various embroidery machines
- strong understanding of different fabrics and their response to embroidery
- excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
- ability to read and interpret design specifications and digitised patterns
- basic computer literacy and familiarity with embroidery software is a plus
- enthusiastic, reliable and friendly personality
- A team player with good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
