Responsibility
- HR Advisor, The Chesterford Group, Bishops Stortford
- £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
- manage the HR systems including all relevant employment documentation, sickness, recruitment and training records
- liaise with Finance and Operations on all pay and benefit related issues
- liaise with Payroll on pay changes and NMW changes, salary reviews and bonus payments
- effectively manage the Employee Relations caseload across the company
- the HR Advisor provides and delivers a comprehensive HR advisory service to managers and effectively manage the Employee Relations caseload across the company in line with company policies and procedures
- produce reports and collating relevant employee information to provide to the Company's external benefit providers
Requirements
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
- knowledge and experience working in a fast paced environment
- good understanding of employment law, policy and process
- approachable, friendly, but with a robust attitude to dealing with people related issues
- strong administrative and IT skills , high organised
- detailed and focused, with a drive of excellence in all areas of the business
- keen to progress their HR skills and develop their knowledge beyond the initial remit of the job in due course
- able to travel to stores across the country when required which may require some long working days
